Oh wow, I love all the colors! Especially the first one. Then again I love all colorful things :)

The Multicolored Diary
I have to admit I think I prefer the leaf ones rather than the ones with the bright colours, although the patterning is amazing in all of them.

Color combinations seem to have infinite possibilities.
Two contrasting styles in these examples, almost as if they were produced by different people.

Amazing stuff . . . I do like it when folk are not frightened to use strong colours and bold design. Quilting is an impressive craft and when done well always looks good.

And thanks again for the visits particularly as my own A to Z is not the most cheery of subjects this year.

Normally I don't really like the embellished quilts as much, but these are astonishing! Thanks for sharing.

Beautiful colors! Such a time consuming job though with all the little squares. I have patience but I don't know if I have that much!

I just read something a grieving father said after losing his 7 yo son to cancer: "life is like a theater play. It doesn't matter how lenghty it was, bu how colorful it was."
That being said, I like your colorful quilts.

I am totally blind, so cannot see colors anymore (except in my mind’s eye). I love learning about colors and color combinations though. They can add so much beauty to any artwork or really anything.
Maryline's use of color is fabulous. I especially love the geometry of the first two.

Very nice quilts. I lived in Pennsylvania Amish country for most of my life, so I've seen more than my share of handmade quilts. Fun theme. Have a great April!
