The link is at the bottom of this post. ⭐⭐🌹⭐⭐ Cette semaine j'ai pu avancer sur mon projet d'appliqué, et je suis plutôt contente du chemin parcouru ! Toutes les pièces rose foncé ont été cousues. Point de feston à la machine, avec du fil assorti. Oui, il reste une épingle : je pense qu'une pièce rose clair viendra se positionner légèrement en dessous à cet endroit, donc je préfère attendre que tout soit positionné avant de la coudre définitivement. This week I was able to make progress on my appliqué project, and I’m pretty happy with how far I have come! All the dark pink pieces have been sewn on. I used a machine-sewn blanket stitch with matching thread. Yes, there’s still a pin there: I think a light pink piece will go slightly below that spot, so I’d rather wait until everything is in place before sewing it ...

The link is at the bottom of this post. ⭐⭐🔩⭐⭐ Mon mur de conception de quilts est de nouveau en place ! 😊  Ce panneau mesure 180 cm de large et 126 cm de haut, une taille qui me convient bien pour organiser et réorganiser à l'infini les blocs en cours de réalisation. My d esign wall is back up!  😊 This panel is 71'' wide and 50'' tall - a size that works well for me to organize and rearrange my work-in-progress blocks over and over again.

The link is at the bottom of this post. ⭐⭐🌹⭐⭐ Les prochaines pièces de la rose sont en cours. C'est le 3e tissu rose utilisé pour ce projet, le plus clair. Les pièces sont tracées sur du papier de congélation collant sur l'envers du tissu : The next pieces for the rose are in progress. This is the third pink fabric used for this project, the lightest one. The pieces are traced onto freezer paper that is pressed to the back of the fabric: Je n'ai pas encore cousu les autres pièces rose vif : j'attends de placer l'ensemble, tout ajuster, puis coudre avec des fils assortis. I haven't sewn the other bright pink pieces yet: I'm waiting to lay everything out, adjust, and then sew them with matching thread.

The link is at the bottom of this post. ⭐⭐🌹⭐⭐ Pffff, le travail m'a pris toute mon énergie et mon temps libre cette semaine... et ça ne va pas s'arranger jusqu'à début juillet. Du coup forcément mon temps de couture en a pâti. J'ai quand même réussi à refaire les pièces à appliquer pour la rose 😊 Phew, work has taken up all my energy and free time this week... and it’s not going to get any better until early July. So, naturally, my sewing time has suffered. I did manage to redo the appliqué pieces for the rose, though  😊 Les voilà prêtes à être cousues, j'espère avoir un peu de temps ce week-end. They're ready to be sewn, I hope I'll have a little time this weekend.

Update! 🔔 Juin 2026 :  -  Mailchimp  a encore modifié sa formule gratuite : elle est maintenant limitée à 250 contacts et 500 envois par mois. -  MailerLite limite également le nombre de contacts à 500 mais maintient 12 000 mails par mois. Les autres services dont je vous parlais ici sont inchangés. 🔔  June 2026: -  Mailchimp has changed its free plan again: it's now limited to 250 contacts and 500 emails per month. -  MailerLite also limits the number of contacts to 500 but maintains a limit of 12,000 emails per month. The link is at the bottom of this post. ⭐⭐🌹⭐⭐ Cette semaine a été un peu perturbée dans mon atelier (je vous raconte tout plus bas dans cet article), et pour me changer les idées j'ai enfin commencé mon projet du Challenge Livres oubliés : le quilt Rose. C'est un modèle pris dans un livre publié en 1984 ( je le présentais début mai) et qui est sur mes étagères depuis 2019. Il ne prend pas la poussière depuis si longtemps me direz-vous, mais il fait partie de ces livres que je n'avais pas ouvert depuis... heu, 2019 ?😅 This week has been a bit chaotic in my studio (I’ll tell you all about it later in this post), and to take my mind off things, I finally started my Forgotten Books Challenge project: the Rose quilt. It’s a pattern from a book published in 1984 ( I featured it in early May) that’s been sitting on...
