MERCI. TrĂšs sincĂšrement, un grand merci Ă vous toutes qui vous ĂȘtes souciĂ©es pour nous. Ma belle-maman a eu des Ă©pisodes d'aphasie (troubles de la parole) avec dĂ©sorientation, et incohĂ©rence soudaines. TrĂšs flippant. Les urgences ont d'abord soupçonnĂ© un dĂ©but d'AVC, puis Ă force d'examens divers, variĂ©s et poussĂ©s, le diagnostic a pu ĂȘtre posĂ©, confirmĂ© par une semaine d'hĂŽspitalisation en soins intensifs : il s'agit d'une Ă©pilepsie partielle.
On ne connaĂźt pas vraiment la cause, ce qui a dĂ©clenchĂ© ça, mais un traitement peut commencer Ă ĂȘtre administrĂ©, et c'est plutĂŽt rassurant. Ouf !
THANK YOU. Very sincerely, a big thank you to all of you who cared for us. My mom-in-law had episodes of aphasia (speech problems) with sudden disorientation and incoherence. Very scary. The emergency room first suspected the beginning of a CVA, then, after many different and extensive examinations, the diagnosis was made, confirmed by a week of hospitalization in intensive care: it is a partial epilepsy.
We don't really know the cause, what triggered it, but a treatment can start to be administered, and that's rather reassuring. Phew!

Ces deux-lĂ sont les premiers que j'ai vus : un joli blanc ton-sur-ton, et un imprimĂ© sympa !đ C'est tout ce que j'ai Ă montrer cette semaine encore, j'espĂšre que de votre cĂŽtĂ© vous avez pu emmener quelques petites choses (ou grosses) dans vos valises en vacances pour coudre et avancer les en-cours !
These two are the first ones I saw in the fabric shop: a pretty tone-on-tone white, and a cool print! đ That's all I have to show this week again, I hope you were able to pack a few things (or big ones) in your suitcases on vacation to sew and move forward with the work in progress!

I'm praying your mother-in-law gets the help she needs and all will settle down again. I like your fabric addition colors, and especially the math chalkboard print. BTW, I have two cutting mats that are the size of your new mat on my cutting table--it is a very handy size.

RépondreSupprimerPauvre toi. Les épisodes s'accumulent chez toi on dirait. J'espÚre que c'est la derniÚre et que tout rentrera dans l'ordre et la paix. Je pris pour ta belle-maman revienne vite de cette mauvaise passe et qu'elle n'en garde aucune séquelle. Prends soin de toi et de François aussi. Bisous. ;^)
