The spiral quilting is done:
The strips are sewn on the front, folded back and stitched very close to the edge. This creates sharp edges once the strip is folded on the back.

Oui, ce sera cette option qui sera choisie, la finition en facing. J'ai utilisé le tuto de Terry Aske.

Yes, I will choose this option, the facing finish. I used Terry Aske’s tutorial.
Les bandes sont cousues sur le devant, rabattues vers l'arrière et piquées au ras. Ça fait des bords bien nets une fois la bande repliée sur l'envers.
